Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or certification from AAMA/NHA/AMT/NCCT/NAHP/ARMA; if not certified, must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical procedures.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, providers, and team members.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
