Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Physician’s office preferred.
• CMA/CCMA or RMA certification preferred.
• Excellent bedside manner and ability to engage patients with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication.
• Ability to interact positively at all levels with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist providers as needed and support workflow in a fast-paced clinic.
• Utilize EMR system for charting, registrations, and document management.
• Verify insurance and schedule follow-ups; maintain patient confidentiality.
