• Prepare patients for examination, record vitals and history, and provide treatment per provider orders
• Prepare exam/treatment rooms; set up, sterilize, and maintain supplies and equipment for procedures
• Prepare and administer injections, change dressings, and facilitate wound care per provider orders
• Collect blood, tissue, and other lab specimens; log results and perform lab call-backs
• Authorize medication refills and provide prescription information to pharmacies
• Document basic patient care and procedures in EMR
• Schedule tests, initial and follow-up appointments
• Instruct patients and family on treatment and medication instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure seamless patient care
