Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license from an accredited program with current Ohio licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the provider in examination and treatment of patients and provide administrative support in the practice.
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in patients' charts.
• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Cross-train to perform duties to enhance efficiency and continuity of care.
