Qualifications

• Must be organized and attentive to detail.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to assure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Able to communicate and understand verbal and written English, optimize technology to support clinical care and possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patient upon entrance to facility.
• Perform registration operations.
• Prepare equipment and rooms; aid physician with treatment of patients.
• Perform vitals and other duties to prep patients.
• Rotate between clinical and non-clinical service areas (lab, x-ray, front office).
• Ensure patient safety.
• Cross-train team members.
• Perform radiographic and other diagnostic imaging procedures; ensure radiation safety.
• Position patients for imaging; obtain optimum views.
• Process images and verify identification and quality.
• Maintain logs, reports and documentation.
• Start lab equipment daily; maintain logs.
• Perform laboratory tests as ordered; POCT.
• Order and stock supplies weekly.
• Daily quality control and cleaning procedures.
• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate with families as appropriate.
