Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Medical Assisting program or certificate is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patient upon entrance to facility
• Prepare equipment and rooms and aid physician with treatment of patients
• Perform vitals and other duties to prep patients
• Rotate among lab, x-ray, and front office
• Process and document treatment in medical records
• Cross-train team members
• Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain safety and infection control standards
