FirstHealth of the Carolinas is hiring a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in a busy primary care setting in central North Carolina. You will obtain vital signs, assist with examinations, and ensure accurate chart documentation while delivering compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has an accredited Medical Assistant program credential, current BLS, and strong interpersonal skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with HIPAA compliance.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program with an active certification.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience in clinical offices preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Obtain vital signs and general health information for patient chart and prepare patients for examination.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Enter and record patient information accurately in charts and the EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms and medical equipment for patient visits.
• Triages patients and ensures accurate data entry in the EMR.
