Align ENT + Allergy is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our outpatient team in Flemington, NJ. You will provide clinical support, assist with exams, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and efficient administrative duties, including scheduling, records management, and coordination of referrals within a collaborative ENT/allergy practice.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in NJ required.
• Experience in outpatient clinics, urgent care or hospital medicine preferred.
• Knowledge of ENT/Allergy/Asthma is a plus.
• Familiarity with BLS protocols and emergency response.
• Proficient in EHR documentation and ICD coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform intake assessments including vital signs and patient history.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate EHR and ICD coding compliance.
• Provide patient service and address inquiries promptly.
• Support scheduling, medical records and referrals.
