Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certification as MA or RMA within 2 years of hire.
• 1-2 years in general or healthcare office preferred.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferred.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical staff services department and/or acute care hospital experience, preferred.
• BLS certification
• Needs to be an experienced caregiver and have practical office training

Responsibilities

• Assists in patient care across nursing areas and safe transport of patients.
• Provides observer services for patients requiring constant observation.
• Performs general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate clinic operations.
