Job summary

Loyola Medicine is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our on-site team in Burr Ridge, IL. You will provide clinical and administrative support, handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and perform front and back-office duties to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and MA training; or 1 year MA experience in lieu of formal training. The role includes evening shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program OR a minimum of one year MA experience may substitute for program completion.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and a variety of front and back-office functions to support clinic operations.
