Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Manage and route patient documents and forms; fax/scan per protocol.
• Perform patient intake, verify identity, document vitals and visit details.
• Prepare and assist with office-based procedures; maintain instruments and room sterilization.
• Stock rooms and assist with scheduling, prescriptions, and general office tasks.
