Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA, NAHP or NHA or THMG Leadership Approval for other certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and update EMR.
• Room patients, take histories, record vitals, and prepare exam rooms.
• Explain procedures and assist providers during examinations.
• Support patient flow and clerical tasks as delegated by clinicians.
