Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Full-time staff member in Hendersonville, NC. The role includes patient preparation, testing, documentation, and adherence to policies to support clinic operations at day shifts.

Required are a High School Diploma and professional medical certifications (CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA). The position emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and compassionate service.

Job Description

• Sign On Bonus up to $5,000
• Shift: Full Time Days
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5pm & Friday 8-12pm
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Stays up to date and familiar with all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintains education requirements for the position and demonstrates competency through annual clinical competencies and written tests.
• Ensures efficient office flow by preparing patients and equipment for treatment, initiating testing, and documenting results in the practice’s designated system.
