Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a patient care professional who will perform a variety of patient care activities under the supervision of a physician, APP, or RN in accordance with established guidelines.

This role requires a GED or higher, completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program, and current BCLS certification plus CMA-AAMA or NCMA certification as appropriate. No prior experience is required, though an associate’s level of related experience is considered.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant program required.
• In lieu of formal education, one year of medical assistant or related clinical experience required.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred and
• Graduate of an accredited an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program Required or
• In Lieu of formal education program, one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience Required

Work Experience

• No experience required Required or
• In lieu of degree one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience Required

Licenses and Certifications
