Novant Health South Park Family is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant Lead to oversee daily clinical operations and support the care team. You will coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proficient in phlebotomy, detail oriented, and prepared to advance into a leadership role. A CMA or RMA certification is required, with prior medical setting experience and strong teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program with CMA/RMA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CMA or RMA certification required; registry acceptable.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant requirements: Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program. Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants.
  • Registered Medical Assistant requirements: Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists.
• Experience: Previous work in a medical setting, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current certification as CMA or RMA, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
