Job summary

Riveon Mental Health and Recovery is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full-time day shift in a clinical office setting. You will support the delivery of high-quality client care, collaborate with the integrated care team, and help ensure efficient patient flow and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with exams and procedures, updating records, and coordinating with providers.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program
• Current CMA certification and BLS

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and other clinical information into the client record
• Assist with daily activities related to client care including specimen collection, documentation, tests and screenings
• Administer specific medications under the direction of the prescriber
• Update the medical record with medication changes and allergy information
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and room cleanliness
• Perform client outreach and follow-up calls
