Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group seeks a Medical Assistant to support the Cardiology department in Evanston, IL. You will assist physicians, perform chart management, and handle patient information to help them utilize clinic services effectively.

This full-time, days shift requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, Medical Assistant Certification, BLS, and phlebotomy competency. Experience in healthcare and public contact is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization.
