Job summary

Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant with 2–3 years clinical experience.
- Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Experience with EMR systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Support physicians and providers in PrEP and HIV care.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and take vital signs.
- Conduct patient interviews and prepare examinations.
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic tests.
- Document in EMR and manage referrals.
- Schedule appointments and triage patients.
- Administer vaccines and authorize refills.
- Maintain confidentiality and housekeeping.
