Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification required.
• Phlebotomy certificate preferred.
• Audiometry and vision training certificate or CHDP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up exam rooms and checks in patients, maintaining a continuity of care log.
• Obtains vital signs and reports significant findings to the clinic physician.
• Performs audiometry and vision testing.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
