Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
• Fast-paced clinic experience preferred.
• HIPAA compliance and patient privacy guidelines expected.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage office flow to meet patient needs and optimize flow.
• Perform the technical component of department procedures.
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately.
• Communicate patient care clearly and professionally.
• Greet patients in waiting area and room them per protocol.
• Maintain logs for equipment and adherence to safety standards.
• Verify insurance coverage and document in the EMR.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Cross-train in other positions as needed by management.
