Urology Clinics in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide clinical and administrative support under physician and APP supervision. You will help with exams, perform tests, manage patient flow, and ensure accurate charting in the EMR.

The role requires active CCMA certification, ability to collect specimens, draw blood, administer injections, catheterize, and uphold OSHA/CLIA standards.

Competenze

• Active CCMA certification with required CEUs.
• Ability to perform specimen collection, vital signs, urinalysis.
• Administer injections and draws blood using aseptic technique.
• Perform catheterization and instrument sterilization.
• Document MA workflow in the EHR.
• Schedule surgeries and manage prescriptions in the EHR.
• Maintain OSHA and CLIA compliance and infection control.
• Stock supplies and maintain clinic rooms.
• Respect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Clinic Manager and providers.

• Open clinic and prep exam rooms at start of shift.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Handle patient calls and prescriptions in the EHR.
• Schedule surgeries and manage orders.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA/CLIA records.
