Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• Certified Medical Assistant credentials (CMA/CMAC/ARMA/NRCMA/NCMA/CCMA/AMT) required or in process.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care standards.
• Experience with medical software and documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Maintains patient intake, testing, and documentation for visits.
• Ensures accurate documentation of results in the practice system.
• Assists with medications administration and testing procedures.
• Supports office flow and inventory management; maintains confidentiality.
