Epiphany Dermatology seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced clinic. You will welcome patients, prep them for visits, and answer care-related questions to ensure a smooth experience.

As the right hand to the provider, you’ll assist during procedures, record visit notes, fulfill prescriptions, and help maintain clinic operations with organized, efficient workflows.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the National Healthcare Association (NHA).
• Current certification from a recognized medical assisting certifying body (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, or equivalent) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional patient experience from welcome to visit preparation and answering care questions.
• Assist providers during procedures and capture detailed visit notes; fulfill prescription orders as needed.
• Maintain clinic operations: manage supplies, equipment, exam room flow, and find ways to work efficiently.
• Be a reliable teammate, keep things organized, and contribute to a positive work environment.
