Job summary

Loyola Medicine, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Oakbrook Terrace ambulatory specialty clinic. You will be a team-oriented, patient-centered professional delivering direct patient care under physician supervision.

Responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling, and assisting with procedures while coordinating pre-, intra-, and post-visit activities. Day shift, 7am–6pm, with varying shifts; competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education.
• Successful completion of accredited medical assistant program.
• CPR/BLS certification by the American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients during visits, including history taking and routine tasks.
• Register patients and schedule appointments; coordinate pre/intra/post visit activities.
• Assist with procedures and communicate with physicians and health-care team to coordinate care.
