Responsibilities

• Provides basic technical clinical services and clerical support in patient care as directed by licensed staff.
• Collects patient assessment data including height, weight, vital signs and chief complaints.
• Transports patients, prepares for provider evaluation and assists during exams and procedures.
• Performs clerical duties: greets patients, schedules appointments, answers phones and updates EMR.
• Administers medications under supervision and documents observations in the medical record.
• Maintains clean work areas and sterilizes equipment as needed.
