Job summary

You will collect labs, coordinate with departments, and assist with procedures as directed by the provider. The role also involves basic front-office duties, including reception, scheduling, and billing support, with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized certifying body.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a physician's office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients to exam rooms, interview patients, and document vital signs.
• Assess patient symptoms and update medical records accurately.
• Collect labs, prepare for pickup, and coordinate with departments.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures per provider preference.
• Support front office tasks including reception, records, scheduling and billing.
