• Responsible for height/weight, vital signs, updating medical records, and assisting clinicians with exams as requested.
• Ensures a smooth flow of patients through the office by providing efficient basic care.
• Performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Provides secretarial support for the office and assists front‑desk operations, including checking patients in/out, filing, copying, answering phones, and related duties as requested by the Practice Manager.
