Job summary

CHAS Health in the United States is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care at assigned clinics. Qualifications

Completion of medical assistant training through an approved program.
Certification within 120 days of hire (AAMA, NHA or NCCT).
Experience with EHR preferred and willing to train.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and escort to exam rooms while managing delays.
Prepare patients for provider and support efficient flow.
Perform phlebotomy and injections as directed.
Maintain exam rooms and sterilize instruments as needed.
Assist providers with procedures and patient education.
Process prescriptions and referrals with proper documentation.
