Responsibilities: Responsible for providing clinical care within the medical practice, supporting physicians, and assisting in daily office operations to ensure quality patient care. Clinical duties include patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (AMT). Certification from NCCT or NHA is also accepted. MA or nursing school experience may be considered.
  • CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and physicians
  • Prior experience with x-rays and EKG preferred
  • Six months of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to understand medical records and physician's orders
  • Discipline to adhere to clinical standards
