Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited 1-year certificate or 2-year diploma program preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and collect/review health information.
• Perform technical duties such as EKGs and wound dressings; assist during minor procedures.
• Support patient safety, privacy and clinical documentation.
• Handle scheduling, referrals, billing, and patient communication.
• Collect specimens, perform phlebotomy, and assist with infection control.
• Assist with inventory management and sterilization processes.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Graduate of an accredited 1-year certificate or 2-year diploma program preferred. High school diploma or GED is mandatory. Strong clinical, administrative, and communication skills are essential.
