Location: Knoxville, TN and Surrounding Areas

Pay Rate: $19.00-20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday Dayshift

Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join busy physician’s offices in Knoxville and Oak Ridge areas. This role involves both clinical and administrative duties, supporting providers in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs and patient medical histories
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Perform phlebotomy and administer injections as required
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
• Process laboratory specimens and coordinate diagnostic tests
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medication instructions
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and other front-office duties

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
• 1 Year Of Experience In a Medical Office Preferred
• Phlebotomy and injection experience required
• Strong Patient Care And Communication Skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
