  • Perform clinical tasks like EKGs, wound dressings, and minor surgical support.
  • Prepare and administer medications and conduct patient tests per provider instructions.
  • Collect lab specimens, perform phlebotomy, and assist with laboratory functions.
  • Handle clerical duties including scheduling, filing reports, and billing inquiries.
  • Document accurately in medical records and facilitate patient communication.
  • Assist with inventory, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
