Responsibilities

• Maintains established policies and safety standards.
• Performs basic nursing procedures such as vital signs and ambulatory intake.
• Assists physicians with examinations, procedures, and direct patient care.
• Ensures adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
• Documents patient information in EMR and maintains medical records.
• Prepares exam rooms, transports instruments to sterile processing, and cleans rooms.
• Supports note prep, order entry, and prescription refill management.
• Assists with provider schedule management and reception duties.
