Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant to provide outpatient clinical support in a bustling patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include obtaining patient information, preparing examination rooms, assisting with procedures, performing EKGs and wound care, collecting specimens, phlebotomy, documenting in electronic medical records, and supporting scheduling, referrals, education, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification from recognized bodies such as NHA, AMT, AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, AAH, or AMCA.
• Preferred completion of a medical assistant training program.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient information.
