Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team. As a Medical Assistant at Health-Span Clinics, you’ll play a critical role in delivering innovative treatments while supporting our team and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and IV therapy with precision and care.
• Administer specialized therapies, including Acoustic Wave Therapy, Laser (Photobiomodulation), PEMF, and HBOT.
• Take detailed and accurate patient histories.
• Assist physicians during procedures, ensuring an efficient and smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sterility in treatment rooms and laboratory areas.
• Organize and manage patient records and appointment scheduling to optimize clinic operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and IV therapy skills are required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with regenerative medicine practices is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Schedule

• Part-time: 2 days per week, with flexibility.
• Potential for Full-Time: Opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate as the clinic grows.
  
  

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $20 - $26 per hour.
