Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care including taking vital signs and assisting with exams.
• Administer injections, vaccines and basic procedures under supervision of a licensed provider.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and maintain electronic health records (EHR).
• Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments and ensure infection control procedures.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communication and referrals.
