Job summary

Sanitas is expanding services across the United States. The Certified Medical Assistant will support both clinical and administrative duties to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

As a CMA, you will take vitals, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, handle medical records, and support billing and scheduling while adhering to HIPAA and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Missouri City clinic in TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program.
• Active CMA or RMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, record vital signs, and provide reassurance.
• Perform venipuncture, administer injections, and assist with minor procedures as ordered by the LIP.
• Manage electronic health records and safeguard patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Assist with billing, coding, and insurance claims processing as guided by experienced staff.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals and pre-visit information.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols, sterilize instruments, and maintain exam rooms.
