Job summary

Radiant Health in Marion, IN is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our clinic. You will provide outstanding patient care, document vital signs, collect specimens, and support providers across clinical tasks.

You will administer injectable medications as ordered, coordinate with pharmacies and insurers, maintain accurate records, and help create a clean, safe environment while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required or obtained
• CPI certification is required or obtained
• Must be able to observe client behavior with good vision and hearing

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding client care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs, heights, weights, and urine drug screens.
• Completing client screenings and communicating important findings to providers.
• Assisting with laboratory, imaging, and other clinical orders.
• Transcribing provider medication orders and supporting medication management processes.
• Coordinating with pharmacies, providers, and insurance companies regarding prescriptions and prior authorizations.
• Following up on lab results and clinical orders to ensure continuity of care.
• Educating and supporting clients regarding medications and potential side effects.
• Administering injectable medications as ordered by providers.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations.
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment.
