An established industry player in healthcare seeks dedicated Medical Assistants and Business Associates to provide essential support in patient care and front desk operations. MA (CMA/RMA): Performs a variety of clinical and technical functions related to patient care and general office duties under the guidance of the Charge Nurse, Practice Manager, staff physician, and/or Medical Director. BA I: Performs front desk activities supporting the Center and professional staff, including essential services like checking-in and checking-out, as directed by the Business Associate II and/or Practice Manager. BA II: Supports front desk operations and performs essential services as directed by the Practice Manager, supporting BA I functions.
MA (CMA/RMA): High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a recognized Medical Assistant program by the State of New Jersey. BA I/II: High school diploma or equivalent and coursework in office management, data management, or related fields.
MA (CMA/RMA): Previous clinic or outpatient setting experience preferred or eligibility for certification. BA I: Six months of customer service, data entry, or administrative experience preferred.
Medical Assistant: Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant certification required. BCLS certification required. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, and provide high-quality patient care. Willingness to rotate to other VMG locations as needed.
