Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to greet patients, explain treatment options, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team. You will document patient progress, support intake and follow-up, and assist in outreach to physicians and staff across outpatient clinics.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to care protocols, and collaboration with social workers and nurses to support recovery pathways.

Qualificações

• RN, LPN, or BSW credential or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years lived addiction experience.
• Associate degree or CMA with 4 years lived addiction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients and answering clinic phones.
• Assist patients in understanding treatment options and resources.
• Serve as essential link between patients and care teams.
• Coordinate appointments and multidisciplinary planning conferences.
• Develop concise patient summaries for the care team.
• Document recommendations using standardized care protocols.
• Follow patients through the care continuum and collaborate with care management.
• Outreach to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and staff.
