Our practice is affiliated with ambulatory surgery centers where advanced procedures are performed in a comfortable outpatient setting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant / Receptionist located in Wayne, NJ (Other locations available as well.) The role involves medical assisting tasks, managing medical terminology, handling medical office duties, providing patient care, and maintaining medical records.

Qualifications

• Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Experience in Medical Office and Medical Records management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (preferably ECW) and current CMA certificate essential
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Monday – Friday (no weekends); paid holidays, vacation, life insurance, health/dental benefits and 401K
• Salary commensurate with experience
