Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Sumter, SC.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:30am-6:30pm Monday- Friday
• Location: Sumter, SC
• Job Type: Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
• Pay Range: $22/hr- $23.40/hr

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Greet and room patients while preparing them for provider examinations and procedures.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories, chief complaints, medications, allergies, and vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, height, weight, and oxygen saturation.
• Perform preliminary patient assessments and accurately document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR).
