Certified Medical Assistant - OB/Gyn Clinic
This vital role involves comprehensive patient care through assessment, intervention, coordination, and documentation.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:
Must hold current medical assistant certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCCT.Must hold current BLS certification. Experience:1. Experience in either an urgent care facility or family practice office preferred.Special knowledge, skills, & abilities: 1. Communications skills enabling adequate information flow in a pleasant manner, not only with co-workers and patients, but also with telephone, fax and computer communication. 2. Competency in the performance of patient care skills. 3. Organizational skills. 4. Interpersonal skills. 5. Adequate visual and hearing ability to read and perform clinical procedures safely. 6. Manual dexterity adequate to perform skills and procedures required for safe patient care. 7. Ability to safely pull and turn a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted and more than 100 pounds with assistance, and reach to accomplish duties.
