Role Description

The Certified Medical Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakebay, WA. This role supports providers and nurses by preparing exam rooms, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and assisting with minor procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing point-of-care tests, administering medications and vaccines as directed, and ensuring accurate, timely entry of information into the electronic health record. The Certified Medical Assistant also coordinates patient flow, manages phone and in-person inquiries, supports scheduling and follow-up, and reinforces patient education and care plans. Collaboration with clinical and front office teams to promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Washington State Certified Medical Assistant License.
