Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

  • Previous experience with invasive procedures preferred.

MISSION

The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while providing competent and compassionate care to every patient. The Certified Medical Assistant role is fluid and versatile with progressively increasing responsibilities including helping direct efficiencies and maintaining high standards for EMR documentation.

  • Able to screen and document patient, employee, and visitor temperature, along with documenting answers to current COVID-19 screening questions, while championing all COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience: Level 2

  • At least 2 years of experience as Medical Assistant in clinical field/setting
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience: Level 2

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical field/setting
  • Experience in a high-volume clinical setting
  • Experience with invasive procedures
  • Experience with catherization, IV starts, and/or administration/care of chemotherapeutic treatments
  • Knowledge of Eclinical Works (eCW) and Radix
  • Knowledge of urology or urogynecology experience
