Job Description

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will assist our orthopaedic providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience.

• Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with patient exams and minor procedures
• Obtain and record patient medical histories, medications, and orthopedic-specific assessments
• Schedule surgeries, diagnostic imaging, and follow-up appointments
• Perform wound care, cast removal, and suture/staple removal as directed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support daily clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
