Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a contract, full-time role in Chandler, AZ. The CMA will handle clinical and administrative duties, including patient rooming, vitals, phlebotomy, specimen prep, Epic charting, and assisting providers.

Candidate should have CMA certification and strong patient care skills. Experience with phlebotomy and Epic is preferred; BLS certification is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy healthcare team in Chandler, AZ. This is a great opportunity for an MA who is confident in both clinical and administrative responsibilities and enjoys providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

What You'll Do

Room patients and prepare them for provider visits

Obtain and accurately document vital signs and patient information

Perform blood draws/phlebotomy

Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

Document patient information accurately in Epic

Assist providers with examinations and procedures

Perform injections and other clinical duties within scope of practice

Prepare, clean, and stock examination rooms

Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic

Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team

What We're Looking For

Medical Assistant certification/credential

Strong phlebotomy/blood-draw experience required

Epic experience preferred

Comfortable performing hands-on clinical duties independently

Current BLS certification preferred

Strong patientcare and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation

$20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with strong recent phlebotomy and Epic experience are highly encouraged to apply.
