Position Summary

As a Certified Medical Assistant at our facility, you’ll provide direct support to physicians, nurses, and mid‑level providers while ensuring patients receive safe, accurate, and timely care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and monitoring patient vital signs
• Transcribing and implementing physician orders within scope of practice
• Assisting with examinations and minor procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clean, stocked equipment and supplies
• Gathering and documenting patient data accurately
• Providing basic first aid and CPR when required
• Collecting subjective and objective information for nurse or provider review
• Assisting with medication and treatment interventions under provider direction
• Maintaining inventory, checking expiration dates, and restocking supply areas and first aid kits
• Sterilizing instruments and ensuring proper recordkeeping of medical equipment and supplies
• Supporting patient education as instructed
• Performing clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and chart documentation
