Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant completion and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provides direct resident care per individualized service plan.
• Maintains residents' records daily and medication logs.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Observes residents and reports changes to the supervisor.

Education
