About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Medication Aide or LPN. In this role, you will assist residents with their day‑to‑day activities, including medication administration, bathing, showering, dressing, and more. Your exceptional communication and people skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families. As a successful candidate, you must possess a high school diploma or GED, a certificate in Medication Administration through the Department of Human Services, or a Licensed Practical Nurse License in good standing in the state of PA.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers
• Assist residents with bathing, showering, and dressing
• Help residents with getting to and from meals and answer call bells
• Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including physical and emotional needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
